Professional Background

Grace is the founder and managing partner of ATA CPA Group LLC, the largest Asian women-owned CPA firm in New Jersey. Since its inception 30 years ago, she has grown the firm to serve a variety of industries, including banking, pharmaceutical, wholesale, distribution, warehouse logistics, solar energy, real estate, construction, and other professional services. Before founding ATA CPA Group, Grace was an Assistant Vice President at JP Morgan Chase in their mortgage division for 2 years, and as a Senior Accountant at a New Jersey-based CPA firm for 5 years.

Education and Associations

Grace Fan holds a Masters of Accounting from the University of Houston, Clear Lake. She is affiliated with the American Institute of CPAs, the State of New Jersey CPA Society, and the BDO USA Alliance.

Grace is an avid college sports fan. She is also a senior Zumba dance team member. Grace enjoys travelling with her husband, cooking, knitting, practicing Chinese calligraphy and babysitting her grandson.
